So I started a cut and had some ups and downs and …holidays. So here we are again. Keep the muscle and lose the fat. Very tricky but we are on it once again. Doing this all keto\/carnivore. I\u2019ll keep you posted. Currently5\u2019 0\u201d, 102.8 lbs. 25\u201d waist. In case you wondered.<\/p>\n

Cooked a couple things today. First one is a keto Cheesecake. Never tried it before so I\u2019ll let you know how it tastes. Made it for guests tmw. A couple other Hotwives…more details tmw. Maybe add raspberries and chocolate ganache. Mmmm<\/p>\n

Second one is as a roast with a lightly thickened gravy. Mostly cuz hungry! I had eaten some before the pic was taken.<\/p>\n
